– inspect the property, take a prepared inventory and take photographs.

– take and check job references, passport, bank details etc.
– draw up a contract and get it signed by the relevant parties.
– complete the PRTB form and submit it on behalf of the owners and tenant.
– either arrange full payment directly into the client`s bank account or collect it for you and lodge it to your account on a monthly basis.
